Training Supervisor

African Mining Services AMS (a wholly owned subsidiary of Perenti) is one of the largest Contract Mining Companies in Africa with established support networks in Africa, Australia and Europe. AMS is currently seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to be based in West Africa on a 7 weeks in country, 3 weeks R&R roster. About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years of mining experience
  • Able to operate a variety of mining heavy equipment such as dump trucks and excavators
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Cert IV Trainer Assessor TAE (Mandatory)
  • Previous expatriate experience working in developing countries is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic French language will be an advantage
  • Strong skills in MS Office programs such as Excel and Word
  • International Driving Licence and valid Passport is essential
